Hellooooo!
How have you been?
I was in Hyderabad for a couple of weeks, and it was a nice change of pace! I want to be doing it more often. So feel free to invite me to your city… okay? 👀

Proudly? Honestly?
I’ve been thinking a lot about how my work has evolved this year.
What started as freelancing somehow turned into… something else.
Not a full business yet, but definitely not “just client work” anymore.
So… I think I’ve been a solopreneur this whole time
I didn’t plan it.
It just happened because I kept experimenting.
Since April 2024 (and more so since I started this newsletter), I’ve been:
• Running two newsletters
• Growing LinkedIn
• Building tiny systems
• Hosting challenges
• Trying to create recurring revenue
• And saying yes to way too many ideas at once (classic me)
Somewhere in the middle of all this, I realised I’m building something bigger than “services”. Maybe a tiny ecosystem that keeps expanding, I am not even sure what to call it yet.
But I do know that I want to take it seriously now.

More intentional. More structured. More ownership. and a little less “let’s see what happens if I jump”.
You have seen me test literally everything I’ve ever done, so let’s keep that energy going, which brings us to our sponsor of the week!
If you feel like others charge more for the same work, this playbook explains why. It breaks down positioning in a simple way and helps you present your value better.
What’s next?
Over the next few months, I want to explore:
• eBooks and tiny products
• Paid cohorts
• Behind-the-scenes breakdowns
• New formats
• Sponsors for this newsletter
• And maybe… something that earns even when I'm sleeping (manifesting gently)
I don’t have a fixed income target for this phase yet.
I like letting the work show me what makes sense. But I’ll keep you posted like always.
As always, you’ll see the experiments. The wins. The messy middle. The “oh wait, that didn’t work” moments, like before, but more from a solopreneur lens.
I’ll spend December preparing and 2026 executing!!
Are you excited? Cause I am..

What are you building right now?
A product? A habit? A routine? I’d genuinely love to know.
According to my Mom, “this season is the best season,” which she says every season, though.
Wishing you whatever the opposite of chaos is.
I’ll see you next Friday,
Love,
Nikita
