Trouble staying consistent on LinkedIn?
Here's how I use AI to never run out of content ideas! Bonus: Prompts!!
Helloooooo!
Excited about the changing weather and Diwali?
I really want to take a break for a week, but knowing me, I probably won’t. I can, however, lighten the workload (which is already a bit lighter, thankfully).

Me rn :(
Last week, I had a session with some of you and answered tons of questions.

The most common one?
"How do I stay consistent on LinkedIn while handling client work?"
I’ve managed to stay consistent on LinkedIn for the past 6 months (with just a week off due to illness).
In that time, I’ve posted 115 times—roughly 20 posts a month—all while handling 4 active clients.
So, what’s my secret?

But wait—"Nikita, how is it personal branding if I’m using AI content?"
You’re not letting AI replace your voice. You’re just saving time.
Here’s how:
Open ChatGPT and talk to it about yourself.
(I recommend using the app, so you can talk to it directly without typing everything out.)Share who you are, what services you provide, and your ICP (ideal client profile).
Example: As a B2B SaaS content writer, my ICP is Marketing Managers, Content Heads, and Founders of SaaS companies.Feed this prompt to ChatGPT:
“Now that you know my ICP and services, give me 5 topics under each category targeted to my ICP:
Tips, Hacks, Resources, Guides, Lessons, Mistakes, Reflections, Underrated Traits, How to Get Started, Fears, Failures, Struggles.”
Paste the ideas into your Excel sheet.
Here’s what mine looks like:
The green ones are the posts I’ve already written.
Now, you’ve got 60 ideas ready for your clients.
Still short on time to write them? No problem! Pick a topic from different categories each time, and use this prompt:
Generate the post:
“Write a LinkedIn post on this topic from Nikita’s (Your Name) perspective: Overcoming the Fear of Putting Your Content Out There. (Your Topic)
Write like a LinkedIn Ghostwriter with 7 years of experience. Make it engaging and interactive, using simple language and first-person. Keep paragraphs short, avoid jargon, and add emotion to connect with the audience. The hook should be short and clickbaity to grab attention.”
To refine it further, feed ChatGPT 2-3 of your own posts so it learns your style. You can also show it posts from others to inspire formatting.
Example:
“Follow this template and write a personal post on the topic: Overcoming the Fear of Content Saturation in SaaS.
paste the template”
This generates a basic post, and AI does the research for you. But don’t just copy and paste! Talk to ChatGPT.
Tweak sections you think could be better. Ask for headline options, or how to improve a PS statement.

see what I did there ;)
Take care, and enjoy the festival season to the fullest.
Sending love and light your way✨
See you next Friday!
Love,
Nikita
